AI & Business Automation

Automation where it saves time, not where it impresses

Lead capture, qualification, follow-up, and the repetitive admin between them — automated carefully, with a human still in the loop where it matters.

What's included

Start from the task, not the technology

Plenty of AI projects begin with the tool and go looking for a use. We work the other way round: find the task that eats hours every week, decide whether automating it is actually safe, and only then pick what to build it with.

Sometimes the honest answer is that a form and a well-written email beat an AI assistant. We'll tell you when that's the case.

Website & FAQ assistants

Answering common questions from your own content.

Lead qualification

Inquiries sorted and routed before they reach your inbox.

Automated follow-up

So a good lead never goes cold from a slow reply.

Booking & reminder workflows

Fewer no-shows, less back-and-forth.

Tool-to-tool integration

Connecting the systems you already pay for.

AI-assisted drafting

Faster first drafts, always reviewed by a person.

Our approach

Where automation belongs, and where it doesn't

The failure mode isn't a bad model. It's automating a judgment that needed a person.

Good candidates

  • High-volume, repetitive, and rule-shaped tasks.
  • Questions already answered somewhere in your content.
  • Routing and notification — getting the right thing to the right person.
  • Anything where a mistake is visible and easily corrected.
  • Work that currently just doesn't get done.

Keep a human here

  • Pricing, contracts, and anything you'd be held to.
  • Complaints and anything where the customer is already unhappy.
  • Advice with legal, financial, or medical consequences.
  • Judgment calls that depend on context the system can't see.
  • Anything where a confident wrong answer costs you the relationship.

Assistants we build are scoped to your own content and told to hand off rather than guess when they don't know.

Process

How an automation project runs

Small and reversible first. Automation that goes wrong quietly is worse than none.

Build one thing

One workflow, not a platform, so value arrives early and risk stays small.

Who it's for

Leads go cold before anyone replies

Automated acknowledgement and routing buys you the hours that matter most.

You answer the same questions daily

An assistant grounded in your own content handles the repeats and escalates the rest.

Your tools don't talk to each other

We connect them so data stops being retyped from one system into another.

Booking is all back-and-forth

Scheduling and reminders handled automatically, with fewer no-shows as a result.

FAQ

Automation questions

It can — that's the honest answer, and it's why scope matters. We ground assistants in your own content, keep them narrow, and instruct them to hand off to a person rather than guess. We also test with real questions before launch and keep pricing and commitments off-limits entirely.

We'll be explicit about which provider processes what, and where it's stored, before anything is built. If customer data can't leave a jurisdiction or a system, tell us at the start. It shapes the design and it's much cheaper to know up front.

Often just automation. If a task follows clear rules, ordinary logic is cheaper, faster, and entirely predictable. AI earns its place when the input is messy, open-ended language. We'll recommend the boring option when it's the better one.

The work we automate is usually the admin nobody wanted — chasing, sorting, retyping, and the follow-ups that currently don't happen at all. What that decision means for your team is yours to make; we'll be clear about exactly what a workflow does and doesn't cover.

Build cost is scoped per project. Running cost depends on usage and the providers involved, and those are billed to your own accounts so you can see and control them directly. We'll estimate the range before you commit.
