Consulting questions
It's a fair question to ask of anyone who both advises and builds. Our answer is structural: advisory engagements are scoped and paid as their own piece of work, the reasoning is written down so you can test it, and taking the roadmap elsewhere is an expected outcome. If a recommendation only makes sense when we're the ones delivering it, that's a signal something is wrong with it.
Not desktop or helpdesk support — laptops, printers, and password resets aren't us, and you'd be better served by a local managed IT provider. We work on the web, platform, and automation side, and we're happy to work alongside whoever handles your internal IT.
It depends on how much there is and how well documented it is. A focused review of a website and its surrounding tools is quick; a full estate with undocumented history takes longer. We'll scope it in writing after the first conversation rather than guessing here.
A written audit of what you're running, a risk summary, and a prioritized roadmap with reasoning and rough effort against each item — plus a session walking your team through it. It's written to be usable by whoever does the work, including someone other than us.
